The workflow connects to SalesSpark AI to retrieve prospect lists and uses Python-native code to filter leads based on specific criteria, such as the absence of recent call logs.
Qualified leads are automatically batched and sent to Retell AI agents. The system manages call scheduling and execution, using dynamic variables to personalize conversations with prospect names, company data, and specific audit details.
A webhook listens for call completion and triggers an analysis phase. The system parses call transcripts to determine dispositions (e.g., "Lead/Appt for Qualification," "Not Interested," or "DNC") and automatically updates the CRM with detailed notes and appointment times.
For critical errors or high-value meeting bookings, the workflow triggers automated notifications to Microsoft Teams, ensuring the sales team can act immediately on hot leads.

The automated system successfully managed batch calling schedules, enabling the client to process up to 400 prospect calls daily per agent configuration.
